Nicolas D'Ieteren
Nicolas D’Ieteren holds a Bachelor’s of Finance & Management from the University of London. He is also a graduate from the Asia Int’l Executive Program and Human Resources Management in Asia Program (INSEAD). He led projects at Bentley Germany and Porsche Austria. He worked as a finance director of a division of Total UK from 2003 to 2005. Since 2005, he is the managing director of a private equity fund investing in young companies.

Olivier Périer
Olivier Périer holds a Master’s Degree in architecture and urban planning from the ULB, as well as a Degree from the SOLVAY Business School, Brussels, the Executive Programme for the Automotive Industry. He also graduated from INSEAD with a Certificate in Global Management, including the International Executive, Business Strategy Asia Pacific and International Directors Programmes. Founding partner of the architectural firm Urban Platform until 2010, he has since then taken the role of Chief Executive Officer of SPDG, a private holding company. Furthermore, he serves as Chairman and as member of Advisory or Supervisory Boards of several venture capital companies and foundations.

Christine Blondel obtained a Master of Science from Ecole Polytechnique (France), and holds an MBA from INSEAD. She was Management Consultant from 1981 to 1984 and then worked for Procter & Gamble from 1984 to 1993. She was Executive Director of the Wendel International Centre for Family Enterprise at INSEAD (until 2007). She teaches at INSEAD and in international Business Schools and advises family businesses.

Since 2015, she sits on boards of International listed and family-run corporations and acts as a consultant for Bpifrance (Banque Publique d’Investissement) for small and medium companies

Sophie Gasperment is a graduate of ESSEC and INSEAD. She joined L’Oréal in 1986 and became General Manager of UK operations in 2000 and then Executive Chairman and CEO of The Body Shop International. She was International Trade Advisor from 2005 to 2013. In 2014, she became Group General Manager of Financial Communication & Strategic Prospective for the L’Oréal Group. Since 2019, she is independent director (other mandates : Accor, Cimpress and Kingfisher plc), Senior advisor to the BCG, and Angel investor.

Michel Allé has a degree in civil engineering and economy from the ULB (Brussels). He joined Cobepa in 1987, where he was a member of the Executive Committee from 1995 to 2000. He worked as CFO for the Brussels Airport from 2001 to 2005. He then joined the Belgian company SNCB where he was CFO of the Holding from 2005 to 2013, and then CFO of SNCB from 2013 to 2015. He is Director of Elia and Chairman of the Board of EPICS Therapeutics and Pharmafluidics. In addition, he is Honorary Professor at the ULB.

Professor Pascal Minne, who was a director of D’Ieteren Group for almost 20 years, passed away on 17 January 2021.
Holder of degrees in Law (ULB) and Economics (Oxford), Emeritus Professor of ULB, Pascal Minne was a Partner and Chairman of PwC until 2001. He was also a Partner of Petercam until 2015. He held directorships in various companies, to which he brought his rigorous, finely-honed expertise in the field of taxation.
As a member of D’Ieteren Group’s Board of Directors since 2001 and Chair of the Audit Committee, Pascal Minne left his mark within D'Ieteren thanks to the exceptional attention he paid to others and the caring attitude he embodied on a daily basis.

Frédéric de Vuyst completed both a Bachelors of Law (Université de Namur) and a BA Business & BSc Finance (London Metropolitan Univesrity, School of Business). He was Managing Director Corporate & Investment Banking at BNP Paribas and later Head of Business Development Investment Banking as well as member of the Management Board Corporate Banking at BNP Paribas Fortis until 2012. Since then, he is Managing Director of Nayarit Participations. He holds various directorships.

He joined the Delhaize Group in 1983, where he was Chairman of the Executive Committee and managing director from 1999 to 2013. He is Chairman of the Belgian Olympic and Interfederal Committee since 2004, a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) and Chairman of its Audit Committee. He is also Chairman of the Coordinating Committee for the 2024 Paris Olympics. He holds various directorships and is advisor to and investor in various recently-formed companies.

He joined Coopers & Lybrand in 1997. He was director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory in Belgium until 2008, and then director of PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance in Paris until 2011.
